Recapture Your Youth in Gatlinburg
Come on, recapture your youth…just about anyone at any age can zipline across downtown Gatlinburg. Seriously!
If you want proof that ”Age, it’s just a number, baby!” stay at the Pine Mountain RV Park and “do” Gatlinburg. You’ll find both rewarding.
One of Gatlinburg’s zaniest and best offerings is the zipline tour overlooking downtown Gatlinburg, and soaring over the Space Needle (you won’t zip into it!) and Smoky Mountain National Park. Ignore your age or fear factor; their guides gently guide you through the exhilarating process of flying across the tree tops. The guides completely get it; most people aren’t born ziplining! But you will love it. Their guides are trained, thoughtful, and terrific.
Ok… maybe you’re thinking “Yeah, right, like I’m gonna do a zipline…so what else can Gatlinburg show me?” How about touring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park? What might your camera lens find with all those bear, deer, and elk around? Maybe it’s time to put a camera in your children’s hands…watch them blossom in the Smokies. Would your family enjoy car camping, fishing, picnicking, viewing amazing wildlife ? The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is only ten miles from Pine Mountain RV.
On the other hand, the indoor Gatlinburg action offers a sensational array of museums, an impressive aquarium, and beautiful side streets filled with unique treasures in little shops. Homemade candy stores are prevalent as are pretty places selling intricate hand made tablecloths. Gatlinburg is quaint, cool and rustic…but hey…then there’s Dollywood, only two miles from Pine Mountain RV. And those zip lines. It’s kind of a mix of vibes!
But after all that Gatlinburg action, you may be ready to gear down for the night, and maybe even relax for a couple of days, still have fun and save money. Here’s how:
Time spent at Pine Mountain RV Park is time well spent. Their park is new so they offer terrific modern amenities like free Wi-Fi wireless internet and cable TV hook-ups. Their large splash pool is great fun and you can use the heated pool just across the street at the MainStay Suites. RV guests will have full hook-ups with water, sewer, and up to 50 amps of power, as well as access to the camp store. It’s quite the nice place. If you make reservations early and/or in advance, you can choose from their offerings of pull-thrus, back-ins and creek side campsites. They’re open all year ‘round, which is terrific.
Your family will be thrilled if you make Pine Mountain RV Park your home while ziplining around Gatlinburg…or hitting Dollywood!
